Founder / CEO

Charles founded WellEz after two decades in the oil and gas service sector, where he provided various leading edge technology solutions to global operating companies. By visualizing how web-based technology could eliminate problems experienced using spreadsheets or old client-server drilling software, he conceptualized and developed WellEz in 2001.

James Morley

Director, Client Relations

Prior to assuming his current position in late 2009, James managed the 24/7 support service offered by WellEz. Before joining the company, he worked at Dell in Round Rock, Texas developing IT infrastructure for both new and established clients. James holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the Project Management Institutes (PMI) certification program.

Rich Koob

Account Manager

Rich joined WellEz in June of 2010 as a client support specialist. His responsibilities have since expanded to include assisting in product development and marketing campaign efforts. Rich holds a B.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Fernando Salazar

Technical Coordinator

Fernando joined the WellEz support team in June 2011, where he provides specialized assistance to all clients. He brings a wealth of technical skills to the development process, helping to continuously improve WellEz. Fernando holds a B.S. from the College of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University.

Roman Beketov

Chief Technical Architect

Roman is responsible for managing product development at WellEz. He acts as the main interface between the development and operations teams. With twenty years of experience in software development, including five years in IT consulting, Roman’s skills encompass a variety of project types (desktop, client/server, multi-tier distributed Intranet/Internet applications). He holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Kiev Technology University, the leading technical college in Ukraine.

WellEz uses a highly qualified group of development professionals, experienced in system architecture design, software development and project management. Experienced in working with MS .NET Framework 3.5: C#, VB .NET, ASP .NET, C/C++ (MSVC 6.0, C++ Builder 6.0, Borland C++ 5.0), AJAX, JavaScript, etc., all members of the team have advanced degrees in either mathematics and or computer science.
